Flocke is happy knowing his sons are doing fine and are living close to her even if they don’t live with her. She has all the reason to be proud of them and she certainly is proud of her lovely daughter who still lives with her.
Tala has been a self confident polar bear girl since she was a small cubbie. She never hesitated to challenge her bigger brothers.
The keepers in Antibes gave her a nick name – Rasputina because she’s as lively and powerful as her father Raspi.
Flocke is admiring her playful daughter. Of course, the birds are also following Tala’s exercises.
Tala seems to be very particular about her looks and wants even her mama look like a white polar bear lady.
Mama, you really need a bath! What will the visitors say if they see your muddy-look!
OK! Better now, my child?
Tala always finds ways to entertain herself so Flocke can have time for herself.
She’s an expert in transporting things from A to B … or even further. 🙂
Steeple chase
Who needs paws when you have a useful nose? 🙂
As we know the female polar bears are the queens and the males are the kings. However, it’s usually the queens that rule in the enclosures. If Tala will be introduced to a male bear I’m sure she will immediately show who’s in charge. 🙂

That’s it for now but we’ll be back soon!
