When the weather gets hot Hamish wants to go swimming in the Lake Polar Bear.
He found an old canu or what’s left of it.
Unfortunately the canu is too small for him. 🙂
Hamish seems to love the canu anyway! 🙂
I can smell something – there’s somebear else in the water ….
Hamish was right. The Little brother Brodie was playing with a big twig.
Soon Brodie joined his big brother …
… and the two brothers had bundles of fun together.
Even Luka knew the wet element was the right choice on a hot day.
He checked the canus, too …
… but it was too hot for even trying to use it.
Luka felt it was time for a nap in the water …
… and the worn out canu serves nicely as a cushion!

It looks like a brilliant summer’s day for the bears – one that leaves nothing to be desired. I’m so happy for Hamish, Brodie and Luka that they can have so much fun together again.

Thank you for letting me visit YWP from the cool of my bedroom. It is wonderful to see Brodie and Hamish together in the water. The canoes are a great way of keeping the bears interested though twigs also work
