Hamish wanted to swim with Brodie but the little brother wasn’t interested. Kid brothers can be so annoying sometimes!

Interesting to watch Nobby, Hamish & Brodie this visit in the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Very often the bears like to sleep together but this day (5th of August) was different.
Nobby was heading towards the cave where Hamish was resting and Hamish suddenly shot up and confronted Nobby.
Nobby carefully skirts around Hamish.
After a few minutes Nobby walked off towards the second cave and the same thing happened with Brodie!
Nobby looks over the water with Brodie back inside the cave.
An unwanted Nobby, would have to snooze elsewhere!!
Nobby found a nice place for his nap. Maybe tomorrow it’s your turn to sleep in the cave!
Luka has spent his days alone taking things very easy.
It’s been very hot lately …
… and this is my opinion of the heat!!! Am I making myself clear?

Yes, that’s how it is with the lads on some days. When they’re in a bad mood, different rules apply!

Ja,manchmal sind Drei einer zuviel!!!🐻❄️🐻❄️🐻❄️ Hamish hat diesesmal seinen jüngeren Bruder bevorzugt und seinen Kumpel Nobby, vielleicht aus Eifersucht, in die Schrsnken gewiesen…🐻❄️🐻❄️
Nobby ist glücklicherweise ein fiedliebender Eisbär und so hat er sich ein eigenes Ruheplätzchen gesucht..🐻❄️
Genau, wie Luka, der sich seit letztem Sommer mit dem Alleinsein arrangieren muss und versucht, das Beste daraus zu machen..🐻❄️😔

Well, there are days like that… First Brodie doesn’t want to play in the water with Hamish, and then I feel a bit sorry for Nobby, but as animals live in the here and now, perhaps it’ll all be forgotten by tomorrow. Brodie and Hamish are having fun together in the pool again, and Nobby’s allowed back into the den for a nap with them.
The penultimate photo clearly shows what I, too, thought of the heatwaves – which I hope are now behind us…

It is always interesting to polar bears. I am glad that Nobby found a nice spot to sleep.
