Yesterday we received both good and sad news. Ewa has come to England – to a wildlife park called Jimmy’s Farm in Wherstead, Ipswich.
Even her daughter Miki arrived there but sadly she didn’t make it but died due to a heart defect. Maybe the the long journey was too much for her. I wonder why her heart problems were not found at the medical examination before the journey. I don’t want to start speculating about the cause of Miki’s death but this is a real tragedy.
First time in the snow
Miki was the daughter of Ewa and Wilbär and she was born in Orsa on the 3rd of December 2020.

The last photos I received from Orsa are from the birthday celebration for all the polar bears. Miki was a playful polar bear girl and loved the gifts.
