After some time Rececca has visited the Neumünster Zoo again on the 22nd of June. 🐻❄️🐻❄️. Of course, she was very glad meeting the polar bears Larissa and Vitus again. Both bear are doing fine.

Larissa has reached the respectable age of 33 years but she’s still going strong.
She looks healthy and beautiful.
Even a female polar bear likes the ‘Troll pose’ … 🙂
Blue hour
The bears have lots of enrichment and the keepers often surprise them with yammy snacks. This is Vitus with his pylon.
Vitus is an impressive polar bear – he’s 3,60 meters long when he stands on his hind legs! Respect!! 🙂
Both bears love to cool off in their ‘pool’.
