Hello two legged friends! I’m Sizzel and I live in Rostock with Noria and Lili.
I was born on the 2nd of December 2014 in Rotterdam. My parents were Olinka and Eric that no longer are with us.
I came to Rostock in October 2018.
I have a twin brother Todz that since 2019 lives in Parc Zoo du Reynou, Le Vigen in France.
I’m a mother of two lovely girls – Skadi and Kaja. They were born on the 14th of November 2021 here in Rostock but now they live in Tallinn, Estonia together with Inuk and Imaq. Their father is Akiak who now lives in Amneville.
Our keepers often serve the snacks in the water. Very nice – especially on a hot Summer day!
I love my enclosure ….
…. and want to hug even the stones here! 🙂
My paws are clean if you want to shake paws with me. Just kidding! 🙂 🙂 🙂
Well, that’s my ‘biography in a nut shell’. Thank you for watching!

Dear Martina!
Thank you for the wonderful pictures of Sizzel.
Hugs
Ludmila
Sizzel is a real beauty. 🙂
Thanks for the nice photos!
Dear Martina!
Thank you for introducing Sizzel to us in such an informative way, with both words and pictures. With so many cubs over the past few years, I’ve completely lost track of who moved where, when, and why. I also hadn’t realized that Sizzel is a daughter of Olinka and Eric, whom I thought had died long ago.
She’s a very beautiful bear, and I wish her a happy, healthy, and long life!
Hugs
Anke
