Terve! Hello! Maybe you know that I celebrate my xx birthday today? Mervi insisted on inserting a birthday card in my newsletter so here it is:
I was born on the 25th of November 2016 so this is my 7th birthday!
Oh bear, how time flies!
I have many good memories from Ranua but I love to be here in the Yorkshire Wildlife Park which is said to be one of the best animal parks in the world!
I have many good friends here but because it’s my birthday I want to be the STAR in this newsletter! 🙂
We all have lots of enrichment …
…. so sometimes it’s difficult to choose!
I wonder when there will be polar bear proof toys …. 🙂
What are my birthday wishes? I have food, shelter, toys and friends here so I don’t need anything bearsonally. I wish people would wake up and think about saving our planet and all the living creatures here! Knowing that many polar bears – and other animals – are living under miserable living conditions due to the climate change makes me very sad.
However, we must try to keep an optimistic mind. Maybe the two legged creatures will open their eyes!
Of course, I’m dreaming of snow and ice. Luckily I have photos of the snowy Winters in Ranua. Here’s a little selection.
