Here’s the second part of my photos from my visit to the Henry Vilas Zoo (Madison). It’s absolutely amazing observing 3 polars on the same day! Here are Nora and Siku! ✌️❤️&🐻❄️
Hello, Nora😍 She and Siku were on this side while Berit was swimming on the other.
After a quick lap around the zoo returned to find a couple of 🐻❄️’s swimming. The other was by the viewing and this is now Nora.
Hello, Nora 😍 Hmm… Berit is on the other end closer to the restaurant. All 3 polar bears in the same habitats?!

Time to blow bubbles….
On my previous visit (July) it was the 1st time all 3 were being tested in the same habitat. (Nora is pictured)
Hello, Siku 😍 Are you done wowing your fans at the viewing window?
Time to hydrate. Siku doesn’t drink like the girls. He chomps the water.. 😅
I know….it’s because you’re a big boy 🐻❄️
Where’s big boy Siku off to? Oh, you look hungry after all that swimming….
And Siku is heading off behind the scenes …
Nora is still in the pool….
Back to swimming…..
Nora just kept on swimming….
While Siku headed to the other side for some snacks.
Yep, we found you!
Then Siku headed back inside
While Nora remained in the pool…
Where was Berit? On the other end doing a bit of self care.😍 3 🐻❄️’s in the same habitat. Amazing! 😍

How wonderful, all three together and happy. They have so much to do at Henry Vilas, very happy polar bears. And of course a lot of swimming.
I am happy to see how well Nora is doing. She had a rough start in life, and then the broken leg at Hogle Zoo. But she has bounced back and is doing great.

The bears’ water play and the joy they take in playing with air bubbles show once again just how playful and creative polar bears are.
Your photos show the bears in their favourite element: water. Unfortunately, they rarely get to play in the snow these days.

Thank you for your brilliant photos! That must have been a wonderful day in Henry Vilas Zoo and the bears enjoy obviously a phantastic summer with everything they need.
