The keepers in the Novosibirsk Zoo want to be sure their beloved polar bears are happy so there are always many toys available in the enclosure.
Umka and mama Gerda are checking what’s on the ‘toy menu’ today.
Oh bear, there are many toys – red and blue!
Umka decided to start with the blue can.
The blue colour matches my white fur perfectly! I’m sure you agree.
Hmm, I wonder if I can make some music with this instrument ….
No music so I just have to sing myself but the toy is fun anyway.

Oh yeah, this is quite acceptable although it isn’t polar bear proof but then again – what is, hahahaa ….
The playing continued on land.
Even mama Gerda was curious about the new things.
Umka certainly is a sweet little fellow.
This face must brighten up everybear’s and everybody’s day!
