One morning Belka and Strelka woke up to a whiter world. It has been snowing and, of course, the girls were gladly surprised.
The girls already experienced a snowy Winter because the white stuff was still there when they came out of the den with mama Gerda.
Oh bear, the hanging tyre is covered with snow!
Is the mark still there? I have grown a lot since the last marking …
Belka was walking and examining the enclosure.
The snow is a bit dirty but hopefull more snow will fall soon. (After these photos were taken it’s been snowing again according to the weather reports so probably the snow is very white now)
Strelka was busy playing with her toy.
Finally a young polar bear got tired.
Kaj felt like a little cub again.
Gerda has raised two kids and deserves to have time for herself now.
The beautiful polar bear lady is a real Snowy Queen.
