There are so many wonderful photos of Gerda and her cubbies that I simply must show some of them to you. Accordingly there will be lots of them even in the future. The kids grow so fast so let’s enjoy their whiteness and fluffiness now!
The enclosure in the Novosibirsk Zoo isn’t optimal but in the Winter time there’s lot of snow that makes it cosier.

Velvet eyes, licorice nose and a cute pink tongue – simply adorable!
Gerda is an experienced mother and knows her babies need lots of love and closeness.
Don’t they look happy together!
Of course, the ‘wild things’ love to play together.
There’s so much to explore in the enclosure and the kids are very curious.
Just like all male polar bears Kai isn’t a part of the family life. The ice cold water is a paradise for him so he’s happy just floating. 🙂
Another way to check if the milk bar is open! 🙂
